E-commerce Account Director

We are looking for a channel marketing manager to manage partner relationships, and to work with our  sales and management team to plan and execute joint partner marketing campaigns.   Part relationship builder and networker, part B2B marketer, you will develop and help us execute partner business plans that ensure we are a partner of choice, that grow our brand, and that help us develop a strong pipeline of business.   You will report directly to our COO.


  • Prepare business plans for key partners
  • Work with Loop’s sales team to develop partner relationships that put Loop at the forefront of our partner’s thoughts
  • Execute channel campaigns working with partners (e.g. webinars, breakfasts, events, etc)
  • Develop internal and external relationships
  • Develop a lead management system
  • Develop relationships at C-level in customers to drive ongoing business within new accounts


  • Software industry experience, ideally in ecommerce, CRM or related sector
    Relationship builder
  • Ability to work closely with software and services partners
  • Strong networking skills, and relevant existing network
  • Aligns with our corporate values

  • Ability to travel
